Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations

All donations made to Reminiscence Welfare Trust are voluntary and non-refundable, as the funds are allocated towards charitable activities.

Once a donation is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate transactions
Incorrect amount debited due to a technical error

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction along with valid proof.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
